Delegate Fee:
(Includes Sunday Evening Reception, Monday Night Exhibition Buffet, Wednesday Banquet & Entertainment, and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday lunches.)
NOTE: Due to a high level of sponsorships, the lower early registration rates have been extended up until the week before the Congress.

Spouse Fee:
(Includes Sunday Evening Reception, Wednesday Banquet, Thursday Closing Ceremony Lunch, and the Spouse tours. The daily Spouse fees will include lunch on Monday and Tuesday. Lunch on Wednesday will be on your own at the Fayette Mall which contains a food court and multiple restaurants.)

Post Congress Tours:
(Post Congress Tours will leave the Marriott Griffin Gate by tour bus Thursday afternoon. The delegates will be responsible for their own transportation from the Pittsburgh and Washington – Dulles Airports.)

Cancellation:

A 75% refund will be made for delegate cancellations received before April 17, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after April 17, 2010. Spouse cancellations will receive a 75% refund up until April 17, 2010.
